BUG FIX VERSION (OVER 5.0)
-------------------------
• Fixes the awful bug that if you ever hit the power key, babysmash acts
as if you are holding down a key - forever!
MAJOR CHANGES TO THE OLD VERSION (4.0)
---------------------------------
• You CAN'T break out of the program by using the mouse in any way!
(as you may know this was a MAJOR problem with the old version)
• Makes use of your entire screen whatever the size!
• Saves your preferances when you quit! (Convenient)
• Added a little baby fist cursor!
• Added tons more sounds!
• Can clear the screen with Flower-c (and try Flower-m-e for a
self-portrate)
GENERAL INTRODUCTION TO BABYSMASH!
------------------------------------
BabySmash is a shareware application that is for keeping your young
kids happy without them accidentally dragging your word processor into
the trash can. It basically just puts up random shapes and plays random
sounds when your kid smashes on the keyboard (baby smash?) I know it sounds
really stupid, and I'll admit it's my first real Mac program, but it's
surprisingly catchy to those under the age of 5. I am amazed at how well it
holds their attention. Anyway, it's shareware, so you have nothing to lose
by trying. If you like it, you should send me something - $10 or at least a
postcard if you're on a real tight budget.

Bahtzee is a dice game adapted from a fun board game
called Casino Yahtzee. Bahtzee is a cross between
Bingo and Yahtzee, hence the contrived name. It was
created in HyperCard 2.1, has (fitting) sounds, and
was created for 2 - 4 players, although one can play
alone.
Version 2.0 includes a suitcase of fonts I used in the
game, as well as a few optimizations. To speed up the
game, you can set the monitor to b/w, use a system
< 7.0, switch to finder, or turn off the sounds.
Hope you like it.

Random Insults combines random phrases from several lists of
adjectives, adverbs and nouns to create insults. Sometimes this
results in hillarious combinations. With the lists provided and
the randomization factor, there are over a million possible
insults in this little HyperCard stack.
Here are a few of the possibilities:
You low-budget shovel-full of second-hand foot fungus!
You cantankerous heap of foreign horse livers!
You pathetic pile of defective toad tumors!
You revolting load of stenchy walrus blubber!
You slovenly excuse for contaminated bug parts!
You insignificant tub of freeze-dried maggot brains!
You contemptible mass of crumby muskox droppings!
You insignificant toilet-full of moldy frog fat!
You obnoxious bag of rotting camel flops!
You repulsive crock of fly-covered mule froth!
You assinine toilet-full of stenchy goat carcasses!
You blundering glob of sloshy navel lint!
You insignificant mass of stenchy hogwash!
You slovenly shovel-full of contaminated muskox droppings!
You cantankerous stack of decaying goat carcasses!
You indescribable toilet-full of imitation armpit hairs!
I got the idea from a list I found. IUm not sure where.
This stack is free. It is designed for fun, but use these
insults at your own risk! I am not responsible if you are

From: Robert_T._Chancellor.LAX1B@xerox.com
Subject: Siege of Darkwood 1.0.hqx
Siege of Darkwood is a fantasy roleplaying game where you become Captain of the
Guard. The city is under attack from a great army lead by an evil creature
named "Torque". Sages in the town say he is from another plane, but all you
know is that it is your job to stop him. You may purchase weapons, armor,
potions, or magic items at the start or during your quest. You may also try
your hand at the gaming hall where dice games may be played.
There are ten combat phases, each getting more difficult than the previous. You
select a troop to fight, each consisting of 1-3 creatures, and try your best to
defeat them in combat. Combat is not your only worry however. If the creatures
move adjacent to the city walls, they may have the opportunity to attack them.
The walls may only take so much damage before collapsing. It is your job to
defeat those nearest the wall (if possible), to avoid the destruction of the
city.
Siege of Darkwood is a sequel of sorts to Darkwood. It continues the Darkwood
storyline, following the peasant Derek, who in winning in the arena, was given
the post of Captain of the Guard.
This game requires at least system 6.0.7 and you must have at least 8-bit color
to play this game. I have kept a similar simple interface, such as that used in
Darkwood. I have however, attempted to add a bit more strategy to the game,
advancing the complexity of the game just a bit. I hope you enjoy this game.
Please feel free to upload this to any online services your wish, so long as no
modifications are made to the version uploaded. I have access to AOL and have
already uploaded it there, but lack accounts with other services.

The Ultimate Math Machine v1.0
By David Bagno
Copyright 1993
I am very excited about this program and I am sure you will be
too! The Ultimate Math Machine is a very powerful and complete math
program. It is a Talking Addition Magician, Talking Times Tables, Talking
Subtraction Action and Division Magician all in one. It is the only basic
mathematics program you will ever need. It's MacinTalk II (Speech Manager)
ready, so when you get it you be in the fast lane with the latest and
greatest technology!. Speech Manager is capable of speeking all the
numbers. This feature is very important for a children's math program and
was not available with the old MacinTalk. Best of all, unlike the
original MacinTalk, Speech Manager is compatible with all the new Macs!
The Ultimate Math Machine includes many custom features that make it a
teacher's best friend. You control the factor range so you can tailor it
to your student's needs. It offers multiple choice mode or blind typing
entry. For example: there are 12 possible answer's to any giving times'
table. Let us look at the Five Table.
5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60
Each multiple of 5, is a multiple choice button. By having the
multiples in front of the students, rather then having to pick them out of
a hat, they can maximize their learning efforts and have fun. This
concept forces a child to see the natural patterns in numbers. Shortly
after this, teachers can disable multiple choice mode and have the
children blind type the answers in. You will be amazed to see how fast
they learn the tables.
This concept has been applied to addition, subtraction,
multiplication and division as well. By working with number patterns,
children naturally assimilate the more abstract concepts of division and
subtraction. The only requirement for this program is that children know
the numbers up to ten. The Ultimate Math Machine, is universally
adjustable to the student's level.
This program is a powerful learning tool and a source of
tremendous fun for kids. Each response is greeted with a comical little
epithet and quick little tune! It even makes adults laugh. It also uses
sparkling color graphics to captivate children's imagination. Children
might have to compete with their parents to get a chance to play!
This program is Shareware and requires a $15.00 registration fee.
When I receive your payment I will E mail or sent the key to unlock the
whole program. I will also send you a demo disk with several other

This is Minesweeper (or Mines or Yours) version with triangles instead of
squares. Every cell now has 12 neighbors instead of 8, so new propagation
methods have to be used. Challenging software ! Not an action game, but a
game to think about.
